These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CVm8 (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

CVm8 is an AI-powered platform that generates tailored CVs and cover letters from the profile information you provide and the job descriptions you supply. Generated content is a drafting aid — you are responsible for reviewing it for accuracy before you use it.

Your Account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information or impersonate another person.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.

Plans, Credits and Payments

Each account includes a limited number of free CV generations. Paid generations are charged per use as shown at checkout. Fees are stated at the point of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Free includes one CV per calendar month. Purchased credits cover a single generation each and never expire. Standard includes a monthly allowance of CVs and cover letters; Pro is unlimited within fair use.

Fair use: per account, up to 60 generations per rolling hour, 3 at a time, and 300 AI messages per 24 hours.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the information and documents you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and deliver the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you submit and the CVs you create.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated CVs will result in interviews, offers, or any particular outcome, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVm8 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
